Cancellation Policy

Rogers Activity Center – Class Booking Policy 1. Membership & Pricing Members: Entry to all classes is fully covered under your active membership. Non-Members: A $10.00 fee applies per class. Payment: Non-member fees must be paid in person at the front desk before the start of class. 2. Booking Window: Advance Registration: Class bookings open exactly 15 days prior to the scheduled start time. Prior Reservation: Early registration is highly recommended to secure your spot. Cancelation: If you are planning not to attend, you must drop your booking at least 4 hours before the class so another participant can take your spot. No-Show Policy: Missing a registered class without canceling at least 4 hours in advance will result in the loss of your online booking privileges. Future classes must be booked in person at the front desk. 3. Zero-Tolerance Code of Conduct Behavior Standards: The Rogers Activity Center, under the Parks and Recreation Department, operates as a strict zero-tolerance facility. Rule Enforcement: Misbehavior, disruption, or rule-breaking of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Consequences: Violation of facility rules will result in immediate removal from the class. Furthermore, members will face a revocation and ban from their membership. 4. Liability Waiver & Agreement Assumption of Risk: By registering for and participating in any class at the Rogers Activity Center, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity. Release of Liability: Participants agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Rogers Parks and Recreation Department, its staff, and the City of Rogers from any claims, injuries, or damages arising out of facility use. Acknowledgment: By checking the agreement box and completing this booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the policies, rules, and waiver terms listed above.
